SentinelOne Icon - Windows

The SentinelOne icon can be found in the Microsoft Windows system tray.

If there are issues with Sentinel One, the icon will have either an orange or red dot.

SentinelOne Status

When you click the SentinelOne icon, a window will open up with the current status and recent history of events detected by SentinelOne.

Risks Mitigated

When a risk is detected, a message will appears giving details on the detection.

Any past detections can be seen by clicking the SentinelOne icon.

Infected

If there is an unmitigated threat on your computer, you will see the status "Infected" displayed in the SentinelOne window. Please contact support if you see this message.
